amie: Hi. A table for two, please.

Heres the menu.
Sally: Thank you.

Waitress: Are you ready to order?
Sally:Yes, we are.
Waitress: What would you like for your starter?
amie: Id like French onion soup, please.
Sally: And Ill have a tomato salad, please.
Waitress: And for your main course?
amie: Mmm, Im not sure. I dont know whether to have the steak or Thai chicken.
Sally: Oh, Id like the Thai chicken and rice please.
amie: OK, me too.
Waitress: So thats two Thai chicken and rice. What would you like to drink?
amie: Ill have a fresh orange juice andSally: Id like some mineral water, please.
Waitress: OK, thank you.
