derabad: IT giant Infosys plans to employ a whopping 62,000 people at its Pocharam facility once it is fully operational, mderabad by far the largest development centre for Infosys much ahead of headquarters Bangalore that currently boasts ofhest headcount at 25,000 people.

This was communicated by a senior member delegation from Infosys to state information technology and communicationister Ponnala Lakshmaiah on Monday, according to a release from the IT minister’s office.

The Pocharam campus currently employs around 5,000 people and will double its headcount to 10,000 by December 31,sys officials are learnt to have told the IT minister.
