We have both a conversion-to-fuel process and self-generation facilities with which we produce/supply power using solid fuel

based on our O&M knowhow for power facilities.

▶ Treatment process

We separate and select combustible waste from household waste and use it as fuel for power generation and supply the

heat generated in the treatment process as energy.

SRF (Solid Refuse Fuel, household waste-to-energy facilities)

POSCO E&C constructs environment-friendly waste-to-energy facilities which are then operated by POSCO O&M.

POSCO O&M is reproducing resources available for recylce in household waste by collecting them as much

as possible into environment-friendly energy. Through the linkage of EPC (POSCO E&C) + O&M (POSCO O&M),

it is ensuring the most efficient and stable operation.

POSCO O&M pursues continued social contribution activities in order to implement

Family-friendly Management and work-life balance

POSCO O&M provides support for childbirth and upbringing, and strives to create a family-friendly corporate

culture through certification as a family-friendly company. In particular, we strive to create an environment

favorable for female employees so that their burdens related to childbirth and upbringing can be reduced

and they can focus on their work. In addition, we have introduced flexible work hours and the “Family Day”
