    • Completed Microsoft Optimization Project (Win 10, O365 standardization) – Jan 2020

    • Deployed O365 Standardization & Teams adoption – August 2020

    • Launched Teams Usage Dashboard to monitor student usage – Sept 2020

    • 1st week in Dec: 73,000 unique logins and 10,000,000 minutes in Teams.

    • Scripted Teams student login to automatically mark remote attendance in Campus – Sept 2020

    • Increased Network Bandwidth to 60GB -peak average since school start 20GB

    • Improved Remote Student Experience through Endpoint Management: enrolled 78,357 devices

    • Installed Student Password Reset Tool: deployed to 72,327 devices, 1,403students have changed their password

    • Improved remote staff experience through Virtual Private Network connectivity to on premise systems.

    • Processed 34,263 Service Desk support tickets since March 2020.

    • Released 197 District and School Applications in the Menu

    • Launch LMS kickoff - Dec 2020 • Integrate LMS with Classlink, Teams,

    Safari, and other existing platforms -May 2021

    • Launch LMS for Fulton Virtual School and Fulton Virtual Program – August 2021
