The ITC is a Cisco Network Academy, a Microsoft IT Academy and a CompTIA Authorized Partner Program which assure that its programs align with industry standards. It is also accredited by ACCET (Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training). The ITC is an authorized testing center and graduates can take industry certifications on-site. Microsoft Cloud & Business Applications—This 10 -week course teaches students the skills needed to operate in a professional office environment, use office applications to maintain and generate records. Key competencies derived from this course include handling account records and services, keyboarding, working with teams, communication skills and more. Graduates qualify for entry-level positions such as Customer Service Reps., Call Center Reps., Retail Sales Associates, Administrative Clerks and Information Clerks. Students learn the essentials of cloud computing and data analytics while working in a SharePoint, Office 365 environment. Target certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Certified Business Professional Customer Service. Information Technology continuedTechnical Support Specialist (TSS)—The TSS program is 14 weeks [350 hrs] requiring a minimum of 90% attendance or 315 clock hours. This program teaches students the skills needed to support PC, laptops, mobile devices, and computer users. This includes learning how to install and configure hardware and their associated drivers, installing and configuring operating systems, mobile devices and security protocols. Students will also gain communication and customer service skills. Graduates qualify for entry-level positions, such as: Help Desk technician, Service Desk Technician and Computer and mobile device technician. Target certifications: CompTIA A+ and CBP-Customer Service industry certification.

Network Support Technician—The NTA program is 10 weeks [225 hours] requiring a minimum of 90% attendance or 202.5 clock hours. The Network Technology Administrator program teaches students the skills needed to support and configure Windows 10 operating system domain network and workgroup environments. Having successfully completed the Network Technology Administrator program, graduates would qualify for entry-level positions, such as: Help Desk technician, Desktop Support Technician, Windows Device Support Technician or a Windows Device System Administrator. Target Certifications: Microsoft Specialist: Configuring Windows Devices certification
