It is also possible to get information about a student’s Login history - how many times and when they have accessed your unit, how long for, and where from. In addition, information is available about a student’s

interactions with the Checklist, Competencies, Grades and Surveys tools.

In the pop-up window, you will be able to select the tools for which you would like a report. After you have done this, clicking Continue will cause another pop-up window to open, this time with reports of user progress for each of the selected tools. These are presented one after the other in a list which you will likely need to scroll through.

Once you have accessed the Classlist, select the student whose progress you wish to view, and use the action arrow to

select View progress.

The easiest way to see what a student has been doing inside your MyLO unit is to View

User Progress.

This can be done via the Edit Unit link, or

using the Classlist.

The User Progress page that you will be taken to only shows the information from one tool at a time. If you are only interested in the way students are using a single tool, this is fine, and you will get all the information you need here. If you would like to get an overview of more than one tool, this is possible by creating a print view. To do this, click on the Print link at the top right of the page (it is small, and not initially noticeable).

Tool Use Information: It is possible to access information about how students are using some individual tools

from the tool page itself. This can help teaching staff develop an understanding of what Content items students are actually accessing, and how much time they are spending looking at or interacting with each item.

To find information about class interactions

with Content:

Go to the Manage Content screen

Click on the More Actions button

Select the Reports link
