Team should contact Chris Murphy, who will help arrange your accommodations. All teams have eight rooms held, but can book more based on availability. This is first come, first served. Fields / Facilities
Competition Headquarters The competition headquarters is located in the main concourse at South Surrey Athletic Park. Staff will be on site to provide directions and information from 8AM – 6PM each day.
Match Fields All games will be played at South Surrey Athletic Park (SSAP). A detailed field map is provided in this information package. We will be using eight (9) match fields as follows:
• SSAP 5, 6, 7, 8 (natural grass) • SSAP 3, 9, 10 (synthetic turf)
Each team will have a technical area consisting of the following:
• A team shelter • A player bench
Water will be available at the change rooms. Players should bring their own water bottles to fill. Ice will be available for injuries at the first aid/physio stations.
Athletic Therapy / First Aid Morgan Crossing Sports Medicine Clinic is the official supplier of medical services for the competition. Athletic therapy will be available for all teams one hour prior to kick-off. First responders will be on site to attend to all injuries that occur within the game, that require medical attention.
Technical / Spectator Areas Only accredited staff and players are permitted in the technical area. Please refer to the facility map to view specific areas for spectators. Field marshals will be on hand to ensure only those with proper credentials enter the player/staff areas of the park.

Inclement Weather In the event of lightning or other dangerous weather conditions
teams will return to their technical areas/benches. A field marshal will meet the teams and will direct them to the change rooms until the dangerous conditions pass. All spectators are invited to meet at the tournament HQ, where they will be escorted inside another part of the building
