HMTL Appeal procedure For HCL or HML, interested students with A* in MTL or

ME/ DI in HMTL at PSLE can apply for consideration to offer the subject

Beyond Secondary 1, students must meet the school-based criteria to continue to offer the subject

As HTL is offered externally, the final decision would reside with the school centres offering these subjects

All students who are not successful in the appeal will still have an opportunity to offer HMTL at the end of Secondary 1 or Secondary 2 if they meet the school-based criteria at the end of year examinations
