INFORMATION

The undersigned hereby accuses JUAN DELA CRUZ of the crime of PARRICIDE, committed as follows, to wit:

That on or about February 16, 2013 at about 11:00 pm, in the City of Baguio and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused, motivated by extreme jealously, and while armed with a .38 caliber pistol, did then willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, suddenly, unexpectedly, and treacherously fired several shots at JUANA DELA CRUZ, his lawfully wedded wife, which caused the instantaneous death of his said wife.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
