ARRIVAL, PARKING AND MOBILITY
Unfortunately, the parking lots are completely reserved for our officials. We kindly ask you to arrive via the public transport sys-
tem. The central station (Linz Hauptbahnhof) is about 1,7 km away from our stadium and starting from the central station you can
reach the stadium by bus, taxi or even by foot. The most comfortable way to reach the stadium is by using the public transport
system. Taking one of the bus lines 17, 19, 46 or 45a to the bus station “STADION„ (near VIP entrance, entrance sector A, B, D, E)
is highly recommended.
If you arrive by car, we ask you to look for public parking lots with access to the public transport system. You can find public
parking lots around the central station and in the vicinity of the stadium.
SECURITY
In order to ensure a nice and safe stadium experience for all our guests, please note the following most relevant safety instructions:
1. Visitors to the Stadium Linz submit themselves to obey the stadium rules on receipt of a ticket or accreditation.
2. The instructions of all security staff – public officials, police, fire fighters and stewards - must be followed at all times.
3. Entering the stadium with any kind of (potentially) dangerous items is forbidden (see notices at the entrances). Security staff
and stewards are entitled to confiscate such items upon entrance into the venue by searching clothing and personal items.
4. On event days it is strictly prohibited to fly drones or similar aircraft over the stadium and entire stadium grounds - during
the entire duration of the event until two hours after the match has ended. It is also prohibited to enter the stadium with
drones or similar aircraft.
5. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone not complying with the stadium rules or the obligations contained
in the LIVA Events Act (Veranstaltungsgesetz) or otherwise behaving disruptively can be denied entry to the stadium or be
ejected from the stadium without any entitlement to a refund of their ticket price.
6. The distribution of advertising material of any kind, setting up sales stalls or attaching posters and stickers in the stadium
or in the stadium grounds or car park is subject to charges and permitted only with prior permission from the organiser.
7. People who receive a stadium ban may not enter the stadium. Contravening this can lead to prosecution and a civil law
claim. The police are also empowered to remove people subject to stadium bans from a safe zone.
8. The organiser explicitly reserves the right to indemnify and hold itself harmless from visitors whose behaviour causes
damage to the infrastructure or incurs penalties from the Austrian football Bundesliga, the ÖFB, UEFA and/or FIFA.
