• Apply diploma through STIP (NL + Eng website) and follow the steps!

• July – August – January: Apply (even) if you are waiting on last results

Diploma without ceremony?

• Collect your diploma @ Central Student Desk (Balie uitreiking)- Choose this option while applying for Bachelor diploma

- Schedule appointment through Diploma Services

- Option to authorize someone to pick up your diploma

• Graduation Party 21st of June – info will follow!

Master programme @ RU

Step 1 Registration Studielink Master programme

• Deadline 1 July 2019- Work, Organisation and Health

- Behaviour Change

- Start September 2019

• Deadline 1 October 2019- Gezondheidszorgpsychologie

- Selection procedure

- Start February 2020- Start September 2019 – Selection procedure is now running (April 1 deadline)

• Research Masters- Selection procedure

- CNS start February 2020 – Deadline 1 December 2019- CNS start September 2019 - Selection procedure is now running (May 1 deadline)

- BS start September 2019 - Selection procedure is now running (May 1 deadline)

Master programme @ RU

Step 2

• Re-register for the Bachelor programme in Studielink- From June 5 onwards

- Automatically withdrawn when you’ll meet Master requirements + Master

registration becomes active

Step 3

• Apply for Bachelor’s Degree through STIP

Step 4

• Registration courses + exams Master

Master programme outside RU or NL

Step 1

• Registration:- Check the application deadlines

- Check admission requirements

- Check procedure in time (Other uni in NL Studielink)

• Statements from RU to add:- TOR (progress overview) STIP

- Official Graduation Statement Examining Board (other uni only) = official

statement of graduation before receiving diploma (ceremony Oct/Nov):

Application deadline diploma August 15 @ STIP even if you wait for results

- Statement Examining Board programme outline and conversion grades STIP

- (Statement expected graduation studentadvisor@psych.ru.nl) if you need

this for masterapplication.

Master programme outside RU or NL

Step 2

Re-register for the Bachelor programme in Studielink- From June 5 onwards

- Withdraw or cancel in Studielink before Sept 1st when you’ll meet

requirements of your Master programme outside RU!

Step 3

• Apply for Bachelor’s Degree through STIP

No Master yet after graduation bachelor?- Dutch students: check DUO (Dutch grant / transportation card)

- International: check rules / obligations (Bafög, grants, loans, etc..)

Bachelor not yet completed?

• Extending bachelor - Take extra courses

- Go abroad

- Take a break / pause study

- (Parttime) Job / improve resume

• Extra resit possible?- Only 1 (mandatory) course left on August 1 (<6 EC)?

- And NO resits in August planned?

- Request Examining Board / Examencommissie: letter before July 1st (even if

you are waiting for results)

- Come in to discuss individual situation and terms (e.g. studydelay 1year)

- Extra resits planned in August
