CORE COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK
We have developed a Core Competency Framework tool which enables us to identify the top 20% of industry talent, continuously improve our knowledge of what ‘good’ looks like in industry leading professionals and also helps our customers draw up accurate and relevant job descriptions.
We used the following methods to develop our Core Competency Framework:
• We reviewed the essential and desirable skills and experience from over 200 job descriptions.• We extensively surveyed our client and candidate base to ask their opinion of what good looks like.• Finally, we carried out detailed interviews with trusted customers who are specialists in their respective GRC disciplines.
