a dynamic
engineering school
Part of the ENI Group of 5 Engineering Schools
An Engineering School working in tune with industry
100% employment
More than half of all ENI engineers find employment before
graduating and almost all students find a job within the three
months following their graduation.
up to 18 months in industry
Internships, industrial projects and graduation projects
provide our students with the opportunity to spend up to six
months working in industry. Our engineers are dynamic mana-
gers in great demand from employers for their flexibility and
sense of responsibility.
international experience
By the time of their graduation, the majority of ENI engineers
have gained least six months international experience abroad.
multi-skill training
ENI engineering schools produce multi-skilled engineers who,
thanks to their broad training, can work in a wide range of
engineering (design, purchasing, production, logistics, quality,
maintenance, computer science, research and innovation)
and industry areas (aeronautics, automotive, sustainable
development, medical imaging, biomechanics, electric, electro-
nics and automation industries, civil engineering, materials).

tuition fees / cost of living
Students outside of coope-
ration programs pay tuition
fees of about 800, which
includes about 200 for requi-red student social security
(health insurance). Students in
exchange programs pay on the
social security fees.
Students will need approxima-
tely 2000 upon their arrival
in Franceto cover health insu-
rance, apartment deposit and
insurance, first months rent,
long stay visa validation, etc.
Students should anticipate
a monthly budget of approxi-mately 800. A meal at the
University Restaurant costs
about 3.
health insurance
Students from outside of the
European Union are required
to sign up for health insurance,
which costs about 200 per
year and covers 50 to 70% of
medical expenses. Optionally,
students may take an additio-
nal complementary healthcareplan to cover the remaining
fees.

visa
The visa process before arrival
in France is taken care of by the
organizationCampusFrance.
Once in France, our office will
help students complete the
process by validating their visa
through the Office Franais delImmigration et de lIntgra-
tion (OFII).
integration
The International Relations
Office, in collaboration with
the International Association of
Students, the Student Union,
and other departments of the
school, organize orientation
programs designed specifi-
cally for foreign students (in
exchange programs or thoseaccepted outside of university
partnerships).
intensive french language
courses
To offer the best learning
conditions, we provide inten-
sive French courses (French as
a foreign language - FLE) during
orientation session (August)
and all-year long. After an initial
language level test, students
perfect their skills with a tutorin workshops with a maximum
of 12 students.

student workload. One ECTS
represents approximately 28 hours
of work, which include hours of
lectures, applied exercises, lab
work and private study. You can
earn 30 credits per semester ; a
full academic year is 60 credits.
international teamworkDuring a semester or one year,
you will participate with an inter-national group of students from
various universities partners,
including engineering students
from ENIM, and with diverse educa-

research activities
ENIM currently has 45 permanent teaching and research faculty mem-
bers in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. Researchers work in two
laboratories funded by ENIM and jointly operated with the University
of Lorraine and Arts et Mtiers ParisTech. The annual budget of the two
laboratories is 1.5 million Euros, 70% of which comes from industrial
research contracts.
location
Since 2010, ENIM facilities are located at the heart of the Metz techno-logy park. Students enjoy an exceptional setting for work and study.
The schools 21,000 m2 (7,600 of which are workshops and laboratories)
house a wide range of advanced technologies. The new ENIM campus
includes a landmark building adapted to the demands of the future.
ENIM embraces that future enthusiastically in a lively university town
well situated for business dealings and economic initiatives.
