CSDCI signed MoU with CPWD Roorkee

CSDCI signed MoU with Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for training and certification of construction workers working at different sites at IIT Roorkee Project Zone on 14th February at Roorkee, Uttarakhand.The MOU exchange took place in presence of eminent dignitaries from CPWD .

Chennai

CSDCI participated in a Round table discussion on “Skill development of construction labor to improve housing quality for low income families” organized by Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter (TCIS) in partnership with BAI Southern (Builders Association of India – Chennai Chapter) on 12th February 2019 at Chennai. Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, CII, CREDAI, training providers, L&T CSTI, material manufacturers (cement, waterproofing, pipe fittings, TMT bars etc) participated in the event. Col Anand Kumar Singh, CEO, CSDCI also shared his views on the topic “Construction skilling challenges and the way forward” and also participated in the panel discussion on “Skill strategy for Labor markets of the future”.
