She start her training in the field of eyelash extensions in 2015 with the classical technique and then continued with the volume technique from 2016. From 2016 she has participated in several international lash extension competitions, winning numerous awards and showing a great aptitude in the highest category or that of the teachers, later dedicating herself to the races of complete fantasy look where she won numerous awards, covers of magazines of the sector, calendars, articles dedicated to his work, with publication of several photos of the creations that she performed on: Lash Inc magazine, Lash & Brow addicted, Cilmag, Lash Stylist Magazine. In 2016 he won the special prize for professional growth and influence in the field of eyelash extensions in Italy. She won third place by organizing the Lash Master Legends at the International Awards for Best Congress of Lash Extensions. She started training course with philashes in 2017, knowing the phiacademy for having done other courses such as microblanding and Phiremooval. Immediately she was passionate about the method of teaching and the support that is given to students by the Academy and the Masters, then decided to make a new step becoming Philashes Master and focusing on what is her passion: formation of eyelash extensions. COURSE AGENDA

09:00 Registration and signing of the contracts between Master and each student 09:30 Basic information about the course that would help the students to have the

realistic expectation regarding the training and mastering the skill of eyelash extensions (duration of the course, support, obtaining the Certificate etc.)

10:00 Theory 12:30 Practice on hands position, how to pick the right tweezers, how to hold the

tweezers correctly, setting the lash direction by placing lashes with the right angle. Questions and answers

13:00 Lunch break 14:00 Adding the students into the Craft Master learning application and going

familiar with application (communication, lectures, sending the pictures of work etc.)

14:30 Set-up and Model Preparation 14:45 Demonstration 15:00 Student start their practice on live model. Master will help students Handson

with Model for the Remainder of the practical time. Master /Student Rotations - Students and Master rotate observations, demonstrations and feedback to improve the students’ skill set.

18:00 Skills Assessment and Feedback 18:30 Delivering the Certificates of Attendance to students 19:00 The end of the day

At the end of the course, you will get a certificate of participation,

confirming that you have successfully completed the training. In

addition, you will get free access to our professional Craft Master App

for 6 months. It contains a broad range of useful pictures, videos and

explanations which help to solidify and improve the acquired skills

and knowledge.

You will not receive the PhiLashes Artist Certificate right after

completing the course. This will only be issued after the student has

presented a satisfactory work to the Master. Here, it is important to

point out that the work doesn’t need to be perfect, but it has to be

without faults in its details.

Send your Master before-and-after photos, taken from different

perspectives.

After that, the student receives the personalized PhiLashes Certificate

by mail and will be put on our PhiLashes World Map. With this map,

customers can look for certified lash artists in their neighborhood. In

addition, the graduate receives a personalized PhiLashes logo for

pictures and references. This way, we protect and secure the quality

work of PhiLashes Artists, and this is one of the reasons why our

students hold the highest success rate in the industry.
