Corporate Profile

Symbol: ABWN5

Airborne Wireless Network (ABWN) endeavors to Revolutionize high

speed data and telecommunications, by offering patented solutions to

large ISPs, terrestrial telecoms, emergency service and airborne

connectivity providers.

The company intends to be a large-scale wholesaler, providing a “global

pipeline”; it does not intend to service end-users.

Through its patented and patent-pending technologies, the company

strives to offer data-rates greater than possible in any terrestrial network,

in the near future.

Page 6: Infinitus Super Highway™ A Web of Global Connectivity ...€¦ · This presentation contains “forward-looking statements”within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities

Corporate Profile – Patents

Symbol: ABWN6

The company’s first patent was designed to solve global connectivity

issues by offering a meshed network, using commercial aircraft, rather

than satellites. Implementing this network, virtually eliminates the

bottlenecks and outages associated with single links.

The best way to illustrate this, is to think of a traditional link as a single

thread between two points; when there is a great demand, the thread

becomes stressed. When it finally breaks, the connection is interrupted.

When the connection is finally restored, the buffered data, which by now

would be many times greater than the pre-interruption data, must be

transferred all at once. This results in the system to “slow down”

significantly for each active user.

Page 7: Infinitus Super Highway™ A Web of Global Connectivity ...€¦ · This presentation contains “forward-looking statements”within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities

Corporate Profile – Patents; first patent continued

Symbol: ABWN7

One can think of ABWN’s network as a spider’s web; it is connected by

many threads and remains “connected” even if several strands are

broken. The multiple paths also facilitate much greater data-rates (no

waiting in line).

On 31 May 2017, ABWN “successfully demonstrated its patent” by

concluding its “Proof of Concept” flights, using two large airborne

passenger jets (Boeing 767-300s), and a ground location. This

successfully emulated a worldwide web in the sky; the future of airborne

communications, the Infinitus Super Highway.

Page 8: Infinitus Super Highway™ A Web of Global Connectivity ...€¦ · This presentation contains “forward-looking statements”within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities

Corporate Profile – Patents; second patent

Symbol: ABWN8

The company’s second patent (status: “pending”), takes ABWN’s concept to

an unprecedented level.

Although free-space laser-communications have been successfully used to

communicate with balloons in the stratosphere, satellites in space, and over

short distances terrestrially; to the best of our knowledge, no one has been

able to maintain a reliable link between airborne aircraft.

ABWN’s recent, patent-pending invention, uses its original patent to manage,

establish and restore laser-links between airborne aircraft, using its original

patent as “prior art”. The company intends to prove its ability to implement

airborne “plane to plane” laser-links during a flight test 4th quarter 2017.

Page 9: Infinitus Super Highway™ A Web of Global Connectivity ...€¦ · This presentation contains “forward-looking statements”within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities

Corporate Profile – Patents; second patent continued

Symbol: ABWN9

The initial “plane to plane data-rate” is expected to be 10 Giga-bits per

second, as this is based on current technology. The standard terrestrial

fiber-optic portals are 10 Giga-bits. 100 Giga-bits is slowly being

introduced. The theoretical free-space data-rate is in the Terra-bits per

second range.

In the future, custom-developed versions of ABWN’s laser-terminals are

expected to operate between aircraft at near the theoretical limit.

The ground-based fiberoptic limitations would be mitigated by distributing

the data over several ground-stations, and/or fiberoptic portals.

Page 10: Infinitus Super Highway™ A Web of Global Connectivity ...€¦ · This presentation contains “forward-looking statements”within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities

Corporate Profile – Modular technology

Symbol: ABWN10

ABWN’s key airborne RF and laser equipment is modular.

With Modular Construction, there is minimal service downtime.

Modules can be serviced or replaced, often in minutes, without

disrupting other parts of the system.

Anytime new technologies become available, ABWN’s system can be upgraded

in a matter of minutes, by simply replacing modules.

In contrast, satellite technology will typically have been surpassed between the

design and launch phases; “upgrading technology” would mean launching a

replacement satellite. Satellites cannot be upgraded; these become space-junk.

Corporate Profile – Credentials (Strategic partners and consultants)

Symbol: ABWN11

In order to ensure success, Airborne Wireless Network has selected some of

the most experienced and well-respected companies in the airborne leasing,

installation and communications development fields:

➢Air Lease Corporation (http://airleasecorp.com/), is a $4 billion USD market

cap NYSE company (AL); Air Lease, as one of the largest air-fleet owners,

servicing airlines around the world, is ABWN’s exclusive marketing

company. AL has a 10% equity interest in ABWN.

➢Jet Midwest (www.jetmidwest.com) is ABWN’s test-aircraft owner/facilitator;

the company operates in a complex of 1.2 million square feet of hangar and

shop space and 64 acres of paved ramp and tarmac space; JMW

reconditions and resells aircraft, engines, and parts globally. JMW has a

1.6% equity interest in ABWN

➢ Inflight Canada (www.inflightcanada.com – installation contractor). Inflight

Canada is one of the most experienced (independent) and largest

installation and aircraft modification/interior upgrade companies. Inflight

Canada was one of ABWN’s primary contractors providing the rack and

wiring infrastructure for the Roswell Proof of Concept Test.

➢ Intellicom (www.itccom.net – system design and development contractor).

Intellicom was responsible for coordinating the development and

coordination of Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, ranging from test-

equipment/test protocols, to modem selection/modification, RF and

antenna gear. Intellicom is presently working with ABWN and its primary

software and laser developers to prepare for the next milestones

➢ABWN’s (Intellicom's) antenna designer is the former head ofdevelopment for a well-respected defense contractor/manufacturer. Hislow-profile, high-performance antennas can be found on drones, missilesand fighter jets around the globe.

➢With this engineer’s knowhow, ABWN is developing its own “low-cost”airborne antennas. These low-cost antennas are of critical importance, astoday’s military alternatives would be too large and too expensive.Besides the size, the traditional manufacturers could not build these fastenough to support ABWN’s anticipated post roll-out growth.

➢Both antenna designer, and ABWN’s engineers understand “economy ofscale”, and the need to be able to produce a marketable system atreasonable cost.

➢ ABWN’s OEM airborne and terrestrial Laser Terminal manufacturer, ViaLight, provides for another unique OEM part in ABWN’s evolution. ViaLight is a spinoffof German Aerospace. (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt), abbreviatedDLR. It is the national center for aerospace, energy and transportation researchof the Federal Republic of Germany.

➢ After independent modeling by three unrelated professors and engineers, (TDT,DARPA, and Intellicom’s free-space optics consultant), ABWN is very confidentthat the “patent pending” hybrid airborne laser mesh, “has a very high probabilityof succeeding”.

➢ ABWN recently finished its contract negotiations with ViaLight.

• ViaLight Communications GmbH (“ViaLight”) is now known as Mynaric AG. Mynaric recentlycompleted its IPO raising over €28 Million Mynaric trades on the Borse Frankfurt (theFrankfurt Exchange) under the symbol ISIN DE000A0JCY11 | WKN A0JCY1 | symbol M0Y

Symbol: ABWN15

➢ Thinking Different Technology, TDT B.V. (http://www.tdtlab.com/) is a

Netherlands research and development lab that holds several patents of

its own (including very advanced radio-transmission protocols).

➢ TDT is ABWN’s primary software developer; as ABWN’s software is by far

the largest portion of designing the network (airborne, ground and system

management), TDT works very closely with ABWN, Intellicom and

ViaLight.

➢ Both TDT and Myanric AG are located in Western Europe; this is very

helpful as far as coordination is concerned.
