Infinite Campus – Creating Mailing Labels
1. Expand (click on) the Census feature. 2. Expand (click on) Reports. 3. Select Mailing Labels. 4. Select Course/Section. 5. Set Source Calendar to current year. 6. Set Source Schedule Structure to Main. 7. Select your
Source Course (Math 7, Comm Arts 8, Homeroom, etc...).
8. Select your
section (teacher name & section).
9. Click on the
Continue button. 10. Complete Report Options:
Format should be set to Mailing Label Optional to include Guardian’s Name Optional to include “To the Parent/Guardian of” Select/deselect students
11. Click on Generate Report 12. Save report to your “H” drive (change file name & keep as a .pdf). 13. Follows Eric’s directions for printing mail labels. 14. The saved .pdf documents will be available future needs of mailing
labels. 15. An Ad Hoc report can be created that will put the students from all of
you classes/sections into one .pdf document. See Jackie for help in creating this Ad Hoc report.
