• Fetus born at gestational age termed viable ( >22 weeks)
• Live birth• If clearly stated live birth,
counted• If clearly stated not a live birth,
did not count• If unknown, but viable, counted
Infant Maltreatment Deaths• 0-90 days• Maltreatment: abuse and neglect
