CO/NXX SubcommitteeIssue 466: Update COCAG Appendix C for

Code Holder Changes in NPAC

• This issue addressed the request to modify the COCAG Appendix C to include the Coordinated Industry Effort Process as an option for SPs to change the Code Holder of an NXX in the NPAC.

• INC was contacted by the LNPA Working Group with suggested changes to the COCAG Appendix C.

• INC revised the resolution in accordance with the LNPA Working Group feedback and the issue is in Final Closure.

NPA Subcommittee US Dept. of Navy Request for NPA

• INC received input from the ATIS Toll Fraud Prevention Committee (TFPC), updated the INC matrix, and forwarded it to the DoN.

• The INC anticipates DoN feedback prior to the next INC meeting.
