ECAWP Project Purpose
Create a new, local, sustainable, and drought proof drinking water supply for East County
Produce up to 30 percent of East County’s drinking water supply
Reduce future financial liabilities related to imported water supply cost and wastewater treatment and disposal
Reduce discharge to the Pacific Ocean
