• Once contract is awarded (for Professional Services), negotiations will begin with regard to scope of work and fees.

• Insurance coverage will also be negotiated with the exception of the statutorily mandated coverages.

• ACAA has contracted with Alliant for an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) to streamline processes and site safety.

• Administrative Action is submitted to the ACAA Board for approval.
