Nameplates, Dials & Data Plates

With emphasis on military, aerospace and industrial applications, Diversified Images’ nameplates are produced using quality screen printing, selective anodizing or metal photo processes. We have extensive knowledge of what materials and methods will best suit our customers’ needs. Applications include control panels, product identification, logo graphics, schematic diagrams and equipment power usage.

Graphic Overlays and Membrane Switches

Our overlays are manufactured with high quality, durable polycarbonate and polyester film to meet your most demanding requirements. Our standard materials are available in thicknesses from .005” to .080”. Multiple colors, clear view windows, and ultra-violet texture coating are but a few of the features available. We stock the most frequently required materials from SABIC, Autotype, 3M, Bayer and Flexcon for the manufacture of graphic overlays, nameplates and decals.

Laser Marking, Engraving and Fabrication

Another option for product identification is laser marking or engraving which creates a high-quality mark or engraving for industrial, aerospace, electronic, military and commercial applications. Since inception, our specialty has been marking or engraving high-end industrial components. In addition, we provide electro-chemical etching, dot peen and machine engraving for applying product identification. All our marking methods meet or exceed industry standards.

Panels, Chassis and Keypads

Diversified lmages continues to imprint customer supplied products for the electronic, aerospace and industrial markets. We conform to our customers’ needs using Mil-Spec and Federal Standard requirements. We also specialize in marking silicone rubber keypads.

Since our inception, one of our specialties has been screen printing high-end electronic connectors and silicone rubber components. In addition, we also use chemical etching, laser marking and metal stamping for applying product identification. All of our marking methods meet or exceed industry standards.

Decals, Labels and Bar Codes

Mylar, vinyl, paper, foil and lexan are but a few of the materials that Diversified Images uses in printing quality decals and labels. When you have a need for tracking or tracing, our bar code and UID labels make sure your products get read. If you need consecutive numbering, check digits or additional graphics added, we’re ready.
