Designed to bridge the gap
between the dock and the trailer
during loading and unloading.
Move up or down to meet the
trailer bed so that forklifts can
make a smooth, safe transition
into and out of the trailer. Easy
placement, fast concreting with
heavy duty property.
The dock shelters, ensure safe
loading and unloading without
being influenced by weather
conditions. Shelters prevent the
following:
Heat loss, rain ingress and
protection from strong wind. The
front part is collapsible. Side parts
are coated with reinforced
polyester for high strength.
Consists of coiled PVC sheet,
reinforced by a network of
sections, resistant against high
wind loads without affecting the
coiling of the sheet. The
transparent PVC can be placed in
any part of the construction.
Lifting speed is 1,25 m/s, and it
can increased by 20% in the
descent trip.
The curtains of the roller shutter
are reinforced with a metallic
frame, which telescopes following
the rolling up or down of the roller
shutter, it is moving with the roll
without affecting it. The device
offers superior strengthening
towards external wind loads and
applied stresses.
