To ensure we meet or indeed exceed the expectations of the

market we offer our broad client base the option of our services

as Principle, or Main, Contractor or as Sub-Contractor.

Every project is bespoke, the principle differences being: -

Three Counties Steel Buildings can undertake the full

management of the project from start to finish including liaising

with The Health and Safety Executive and compiling the F10 Pre

Notification where appropriate, producing the Construction Phase

Health and Safety Plan and compiling all the Method Statements

and Risk Assessments specific to this project. Our expertise

extends, if required, through groundworks, building design and

construction and fit out with electrics, mezzanine flooring and

racking, together with landscaping and the installation of street

furniture.

As part of our service we provide project plans detailing the

various elements with start and finish dates together with offering

payment terms to suit most undertakings including dated

applications.

Sub-Contractor

We undertake a huge amount of work (including groundworks,

building design, supply and construction), for main contractors

who rely on Three Counties Steel Buildings to supply full Method

Statements and Risk Assessments appropriate to the phases we

are involved with. We integrate our project plans with the Main

Contractor to ensure projects are completed on time.

Training and Certification

We are proud to be closely associated with the CITB for our

specialist training requirements for both Senior Management and

Site Operatives. All of our Site Operatives all fully certified in the

safe use of mobile elevated platforms (IPAF – International

Powered Access Federation), the safe assembly of mobile

scaffold towers and the safe working procedures for using

abrasive wheels. All 110volt portable tools are fully PAT certified

(Portable Appliance Tested).

Dependant upon the specific application we offer,

either a fully galvanised cold rolled solution that is

capable of up to 25 or 30m span (dependant upon

eaves height and geographical/ topographical location)

or a hot rolled solution for the larger and more complex

Our cold rolled galvanised solution can offer some very

significant cost savings and also our Design and

Manufacturing interface can provide very rapid delivery

time frames in the order of 3 to 4 weeks (subject to

Every project is bespoke, the principle differences being: -

Three Counties Steel Buildings can undertake the full

management of the project from start to finish including liaising

with The Health and Safety Executive and compiling the F10 Pre

Notification where appropriate, producing the Construction Phase

Health and Safety Plan and compiling all the Method Statements

and Risk Assessments specific to this project. Our expertise

extends, if required, through groundworks, building design and

construction and fit out with electrics, mezzanine flooring and

racking, together with landscaping and the installation of street

furniture.

As part of our service we provide project plans detailing the

various elements with start and finish dates together with offering

payment terms to suit most undertakings including dated

applications.

Sub-Contractor

We undertake a huge amount of work (including groundworks,

building design, supply and construction), for main contractors

who rely on Three Counties Steel Buildings to supply full Method

Statements and Risk Assessments appropriate to the phases we

are involved with. We integrate our project plans with the Main

Contractor to ensure projects are completed on time.

Training and Certification

We are proud to be closely associated with the CITB for our

specialist training requirements for both Senior Management and

Site Operatives. All of our Site Operatives all fully certified in the

safe use of mobile elevated platforms (IPAF – International

Powered Access Federation), the safe assembly of mobile

scaffold towers and the safe working procedures for using

abrasive wheels. All 110volt portable tools are fully PAT certified

(Portable Appliance Tested).

Using a range of highly sophisticated CAD (Computer

Aided Design) Three Counties Buildings can design a

solution to meet m

ost needs and within a price and

delivery time frame that will amaze you!

Our investment in advanced technologies and

personnel has set Three Counties Buildings well ahead

in the construction sector both in the Design and the

Manufacturing techniques employed. Thereby allowing

our staff to design, cost and provide quotations and

drawings to your precise requirements at no charge,

enabling the incorporation of many features and

options such as windows, doors, insulation levels etc

and still remain within budget. We transmit your

finalised design electronically to the manufacturing

plant thereby reducing the chances of human error,

removing cost and minimising delivery lead times.

Dependant upon the specific application we offer,

either a fully galvanised cold rolled solution that is

capable of up to 25 or 30m span (dependant upon

eaves height and geographical/ topographical location)

or a hot rolled solution for the larger and more complex

projects.

Our cold rolled galvanised solution can offer some very

significant cost savings and also our Design and

Manufacturing interface can provide very rapid delivery

time frames in the order of 3 to 4 weeks (subject to

engineered to any size (literally to a millimetre) providing the opportunity to select: -

Customers can even add bays at a later date if they find they need more space!

length and include all the necessary nuts, bolts and

washers together with assembly drawings and a

build manual all included within our highly

competitive price. Our buildings are designed and

manufactured to such exacting standards that the

Self Build route is a real practical option offering the

chance of further cost savings. Consequently many

of our Customers choose the Self Build route if they

have the capacity and the reasonable level of skill
