Belt Alignment Laser System

Easy-Laser® from BEGA is installed in a few seconds, and the laser line that is projected on the targets clearly shows how to adjust the machines. The tool has targets that can be read out “visually” and which give excellent degrees of accuracy that are sufficient for most users.

Belt Tension Gauges

The right initial tension in force- and form-locked belt drives is a prerequisite for trouble-free, long-term operation of drives in industrial applications. CONTI® VSM tension gauges are fully electronic measuring instruments designed specially to measure the initial tension of timing belts, multiple V-ribbed belts and V-belts.

V-Belt Pretension Gauge Kit

The KRIKIT II pretension gauge makes it possible to set the optimum V-ribbed belt tension at up to 70 kg tensile stress.

Rubber-metal-parts for mounting of engines

Low noise emissions and residual accelerations are design specifications for almost all moving parts. They should weigh as little as possible and yet offer high performance, comfort and reliability properties. The vibrations and impacts generated in operation are effectively reduced by polyurethane springs specially developed for such applications.

Vibration absorbers/Dampers

For the sake of better acoustics and enhanced riding comfort, ContiTech develops effective absorber systems, eliminating annoying vibration and noise in vehicles. A tailored solution can be realized by having a relatively small mass vibrate in antiphase to the annoying excitation

Air actuators for pneumatics

ContiTech air actuators master even difficult pneumatic tasks in machine and plant engineering. ContiTech air actuators are available for pneumatic applications from 0.5 kN to 440 kN lifting power, with diameters from 60 mm to 950 mm. Stroke of up to 450 mm are possible.

Air springs for vibration isolation

ContiTech offer solutions for vibration-oriented mounting of machines. Air springs make very low natural frequencies possible, from 0.5 to 3.5 Hz. With loads ranging from 0.5 kN to over 440 kN, they provide effective mounts for sensitive measuring instruments as well as heavy foundations.

Rubber Expansion Joints / Connecting Pipes

Whether in shipbuilding, building services engineering, the oil industry or in aggregate equipment – the expansion joints from ContiTech reduce tension, isolate noise and vibrations, absorb thermal expansion or building settlement movements, and compensate for misalignments in installation.
