Brief Profile (Accountabilities and Responsibilities)
To provide uninterrupted infra services to operators in Clusters/ Districts by ensuring optimum utilization of resources on 24*7 basis. It involves direction, development and controlling of field staff responsible for site operations, hygiene, energy, safety and people management. 1. Infra Uptime as per MSA and SLA guideline
Alarm compliance
Beat plan compliance for OME Technicians and for self (Supervisor Beat Plan)
PM/CM compliance
Training and Development of Technicians
Trouble Ticket resolution
2. Optimization in Energy cost
Compliance of DTS
Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action Minimizing EB faults
Facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites
DCEM Compliance
DG running hrs. compliance 3. Site Stability
Identifying frequent failing sites and recommending corrective action
Support in replacement of aged/faulty equipment
Support in replenishment of required infra equipments
Analyze KPI performance of OME partner
Identifying sites below MSA and corrective action 4. ESH Compliance
Site Hygiene; compliance to Vulcan requirements
Adhering to SOPs
Ensuring correctly rated equipment
Monitor use of PPE by technicians
Support in regular training on fire and electrical safety on ground
5. Skilled, trained and motivated field staff
Identifying training needs of field staff - Mod 0, Safety for technicians
Reward and recognize good work of technicians
Meeting and get together on periodic basis
Availability of trained technicians on ground
Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skill Sets Required (Mandatory/ Preferred)
Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical) - will be preferred / ITI with 3 + years of experience (Mandatory)
1-2 years of on ground experience
