It conveys three type of information:1. General information about the daily

Purpose of orientation

The purpose of orientation is to make the new employees feel ‘at home’ in the new environment

Further induction reduces the anxiety of new employees by providing them information about job environment and on supervisors, by introducing the co-workers, and by encouraging them to ask questions
