Computer Learning Center in Saradha School, Panauti

21 March 2019, PDG Tirtha Man Shakya and Mayor of Panauti Municipality jointly inaugurated the Computer Learning Centre at Sarada Secondary School, Panauti. Total 30 set of computers with multimedia projector, e-library software and CCTV for security and server computer handed over to school. Along with Furniture, Chairs, and 50 sets of desk and benches for more than 300 students and teachers of the school gets benefitted. This is Global Grant Project GG#1744433 of Rotary Club of Panauti in support of RC Dhulikhel, RC Kavre Banepa and RC Taipei Taiwan. Huge thanks to all supporting hands.

School Uniform Distribution to Community Schools of Panauti

21 March 2019, Rotary Club of Panauti and Panauti Municipality in support with Panauti Chamber of Commerce & Industry distributed school uniform to 5100 students of 34 community schools within Panauti Municipality. Rotary Club of Panauti supported Panauti Municipality to implement dress code for all the students going to community school of Panauti. Panauti Municipality is probably first local government to implement dress code and distribute free school uniform to 5100 students.

3rd Installation Ceremony & Thanks Giving

Rotary Club of Panauti of District 3292, Nepal Bhutan conducted Thanks Giving and 3rd Club Installation on 28 July 2018 at Panauti Banquet. Immediate Past President Rtn. Dr. Narayan Charan Shrestha handed over Chartered Certificate, Collar, Hammer, Gong to Newly Installed President Rtn. Sujit Karmacharya. Chief Guest District Governor Chintamani Bhattarai, Assistant Governor Prabhat Yonzan, Guest of Honor Mayor of Panauti Municipality Mr. Bhim Neupane along with Distinguish Guests, Rotarians from various clubs, Spouses, Rotaractors were present on that occasion.

Reproductive Health Camp with VIA Test

10 August 2018, Free Reproductive Health Camp organised by Rotary Club of Panauti and Samudayik SACCOS with technical support of Dhulikhel Hospital and supported by Rotary Club of Montague, In Your Hand, Washington and Lee University and Rotaract Club of Panauti. The cervical cancer screening of around 80 women was done through VIA test. Local community of Panauti get served and benefited with Cevical Cancer awareness through Counseling program.

Computer Learning Center Handover in Buddha Kiran School Timal

8 September 2018, On the occasion of 52nd International Literacy Day Rotary Club of Panauti handed over Computer Learning Centre and School Furniture to Shree Buddha Kiran Basic School, Timal as a part of Global Grant 1744433 along wth 20 sets of Desks and Benches in presence of PDG Rtn. Tirtha Man Shakya and District Secretary Rajendra Shakya.

7 Sets of Computers, 1 powerful server computer, Projectors, accessories, Furnitures , Chairs and 30 sets of desk and benches handed over by Nepal Rotary Literacy Mission Chair PGD Tirtha Man Shakya initiated by Rotary Club of Panauti and partner Rotary Club of Dhulikhel in Buddha Kiran Basic School in Timal, Kavre District.

ROTA ABCD ( Any Body Can Dance)3 November 2018, ROTA ABCD Season 2 is organised by Rotaract Club of Panauti and supported by Rotary Club of Panauti and Interact Club of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute Panauti to raise the fund for Rotary Rotaract scholarship. 62 pa r t i c i pan ts we re i n t he competit ion. All the funds col lected were used for scholarship for at least 10 Students.

13 November 2018, Sanitation of Triveni Ghat area and Indreshwor Temple by Nepal Army - Vishnu Dal Gana Panauti Post, Panauti Police Office, Rotary Club of Panauti and Triveni Women Sanitation Group.Sanitation Campaign "Ek Paila Sochata Tarfa (One Step Towards Sanitation)”. With the motto 'Coming together is a beginning , Keeping together is progress and Working together is success Interact Club of Siddhartha Vansathali Institute Panauti organised Sanitation Camp at Indreshwor Temple , Panauti.

Diabetes awareness and self-management education workshop

24 November 2018, Vishnram Samaj as an organizer and Rotary Club of Panauti as a co-organizer organized Diabetes awareness and self management education workshop at Gyan Bikash Community Library, Panauti. 80 male and female participants were given education how to maintain our habit to keep ourselves to live well with Diabetes.

Health Camps and Treatment

30 March 20019, Rotary Club of Panauti collaboration with Panauti Municipality, Siddhi Memorial Hospital jointly organised Free Health Camp in Bhumidanda, Panauti.

6 May 2019, RC of Panauti along with Interhelp - German Aid successfully completed one day Free Health camp in Sharada School, Sunthan,Panauti.Total 218 Patient were served including school children: Facilities were Gyne, Peaditrics, Eye and glass distribution, Dental Awareness, ECG,General Checkup.

Formation & Charter of Interact Club of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute

26 August 2018, Rotary Club of Panauti has formed the Interact Club of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute (SVI) Panauti in the chairmanship of Garima Buddhacharya. Itr. Sushant Katuwal, Itr. Megha Shakya, Itr. Hema Shrestha and Itr. Yash Hada gave the orientation of Interact Club to the students of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute, Panauti. President Rtn. Sujit Karmacharya, Secretary Rtn. Situ Sainju and New Generation Chair Rtn. Bishnu Mani Adhikari of RC Panauti congratulated proposed interact club and assured that Rotary Club of Panauti will stand as a guardian to support and grow the Interact Club and their activities.

1 June 2019, Charter Presentation Ceremony of Interact Club of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute (SVI) Panauti was presented in the Charter Presidentship of Itr. Garima Buddhacharya. Rotary-IYH Scholarship

Rotary Club of Panauti in collaboration with Rotary Club of Montague, Candada and In Your Hand Charity, UK providing scholarship to 10 students from Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute and 5 students of Nava Ratna English Secondary School. This scholarship is provided to the students from low economic background from marginal community. Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute and Nava Ratna English Secondary School contributed 50% amount in the scholarship.
