Our testing and lighting research laboratories have adopted advanced

electronic testing equipment, allowing for detailed analysis of the

performance of components and finished lighting equipment.

We are able to produce *.IES files which allow for accurate 3D modeling of

our lighting equipment, this allows all products to be tested out in virtual

reality before purchasing, streamlining the buying decisions while at the

same time reducing the risk of capital equipment purchases.

Product FeaturesUses a single powerful LED (20W–100W) as the light source, using our proprietary LED encapsulation technology. Utilizes the special design of a multi-chip High power LED module. High heat conductivity, low luminous decay, pure light colour and no ghosting. Integrative heat sink and housing design for greater thermal efficiency. The LED is closely connected to the surface. The heat from the LED is removed through the heat dissipation wing and also by air ventilation. This ensures 50,000 hours life-span for the LED, if it works for 11-12 hours per day. The light engine is housed in high quality aluminum alloy housing. Its structure is compact and beautiful, It can achieves a protection level of IP65, ensuring there is no chance of dust or moisture damage to the lighting system. Great power-saving efficiency, when compared with HPS lighting, savings can be greater than 60%. Environment friendly, no lead, mercury or other contaminates. Can represent colours faithfully and offers a variety of colour temperature to suit the needs of the situation. The LED light delivers a light colour which is more suitable for lighting a public environment, rather than soft orange glow of a HPS, or the harsh blue of a metal Halide light. This industrial light is controlled by a constant current multiple voltage (85- 265VAC) driver with built in voltage regulation protecting against dangerous spikes. Due to the nature of LED lighting glare is greatly reduced, thus eliminating fatigue of the eyes, while lifting the atmosphere of the working environment.Does not substantial add to the workload of the building environmental systems.
