Based on the test result, the following are things I need to improve in relationship, including:
I have to introduce myself with confidence.
I have to state my own views forcibly and eloquently.
I have to prepare to challenge what people say.
I have to clear line of communication to all of management.
I have to keep valuable information to myself.
I have to respect to the decision-makers.
I have to respect to people are older than me.
I have to keep in mind that handshake are cultural.
2. Communication
Based on the test result, the following are things I need to improve in communication, including:
I have to know when I have to say my goal, I can’t say it literally.
I have to be patient if I find it hard to grasp the key message in a forum.
I don’t have to be offended if someone interrupt me.
I have to show them if I interest in what they say.
I have to be careful if I make oral promises if I am not prepared to keep.
3. Time
Based on the test result, the following are things I need to improve in time, including:
If I have a bad news, I have to try to soften it.
I don’t have to allow other people keep waiting for me.
I have to avoid rushing meeting.
Don’t try to force the pace.
I have to focus on future, not past.

Based on the test result, the following are things I need to improve in truth, including:
I have to pay full attention to the written clauses of any contrast I am negotiating.
I have to use arguments based on logic and the facts.
I have to short and to the point.
I must have a lot of experience in many things.

Based on the test result, the following are things I need to improve in the meaning of life, including:
I have to know and honor the local rules of behavior to adaptation.
I used to know where I can take risk or not.

Based on the test result, the following are things I need to improve in presentation style, including:
I need to make sure that I can support what I say with relevant details and facts.
I don’t have to say about my own success and achievements.
I need to know about the time limit and be concise.
I need to try to present my case as persuasively as possible.

Intuitive (30): What I value most are creative and intriguing ideas that appeal to the emotions.
Empirical (50): For me, concrete experience is more important than theory.

Upbeat (50): I always try to emphasize the positive aspects of a situation.

Inform (30): I give detailed and balanced view of the whole situation.
Logical structure (30): What I appreciate most is a well-structured, logical sequence of
arguments.
