the advantages and disadvantages.3)  Identify and critically analyse at least one failure of outsourcing in the above organization.

4)  Identify and explain the factors that they should do better in order to manage outsourcing

efforts effectively5)  Identify, explain and justify the elements that they should include into the outsourcing

agreement.
