When tenses of the infinitive change…

Tense of the infinitive: indicates the action of the ind. state. takes place BEFORE, at the SAME TIME as, or AFTER the verb that triggers it i.e. the “head” verb.

PRESENT = at the Same TimePERFECT = BeforeFUTURE = After
