When information is logged or updated in Indigo® it instantly becomes available to all other users who can read and contribute information. Whilst designed to be transparent, sensitive information can be restricted to a single organisation. Indigo® can also be used as a tasking tool, setting tasks to be actioned by yourself or Open Indigo® and enter your Email Address Enter your Password Press the Submit button If you have not previously created an account, click on the button to create one Confirm that your User Details are up to date and press Submit To log into an operation: select the Operation from the dropdown select your assigned Role If the Operation is password protected then enter the password supplied by your Administrator Press Submit CREATING A NEW TASK LOG ITEM VISIBILITY Managing Visibility for each Log Item Each Log Item’s visibility can be changed depending on its relevance to you. LOG ITEM VISIBILITY

Managing Visibility for each Log Item

Each Log Item’s visibility can be changed depending on its relevance to you. The options are:

- Visible (remains visible at all times)

- Hidden (remains hidden at all times)

- Auto (remains hidden until the item is updates)

Searching Items / Retrieving Invisible Items

• Press to enter Search Mode in the Log Panel

This will display all items - including items switched to Hidden

• Enter search text in the field that appears at the top of the Panel. This will filter down the items in the Log Panel to only the items that match your search text.

Tasks can be Assigned to you by others or Issued by you.

To create a Task either:

• Press the button at the top of the Task Panel, or•• Press the button on a relevant Actionable to link the Task to that Actionable

• Enter the Task details in the Task Description field

• Select the Role that the Task is to be Assigned to

• Press Submit

The Indigo Console is divided into the following components:

Actionables Panel - Items that require action either by yourself or another person / organisation

Log Panel - Items that are for capturing information only.

Decisions Panel - A log of Decisions made for the Operation by a designated ‘Decision Make’

Tasks Panel - A list of tasks Assigned to you or Issued by you to other members of the Operation

Panels can be toggled on or off depending on your preference. This is done by clicking the Panel Visibility buttons founds in the top right corner of the screen.

Press the Map button to view all mapped items.

Press the New Console button to log into a second Operation concurrently.

Press the Logoff button - located at the top left of the screen - to logoff from the Operation.

The Alert Bar will appear at the top of the screen to inform you when a new Task has been assigned to you or if a new Decision has been made.

CREATING & EDITING ACTIONABLES & LOGS

Each row represents a separate Actionable or Log item.

Clicking expands the item so that the full text can be viewed (see below).

A red bar to the left of the item denotes that the item is yet to be read by you.

Once expanded, all of the details associated with that item can be viewed. Actionable items also include a map showing any pertinent location information.

To add an update to the item press

For Actionables, to create a Task linked to that item press(more on this below)

Adding an Update

• Enter your information into the update field

• Press Submit•• For Actionables, if the issue has been resolved select

to close the item off. It will then be removed from the Actionables panel and appear under “Resolved Actionables” in the Log Panel.

Creating a New Item

• Press

• Enter your information into the text field

• Enter a Title for the item

• Drop a pin onto the map at the location of the incident

• Press Submit
