OUR MENU

The menu reflects carefully selected spices, culture and recipes that originate all across Indiafrom various regions. Our cuisine and flavours are highly influenced from the history of India(Hindustan) from the mogul era to modern day cuisine.

CHEFS

Over 30 years of experience working in various restaurants all across Scotland, from the firstfew restaurants with a tandoor (clay oven) to creme de la creme.Selected ingredients and recipes have been passed down within the family with its cookingprocess makes us unique. You are more than welcome to try a few hometown dishes such as“Jalunder” and our house dish “Tava”.

The selection below are all marinated in yogurt with our own selection of spices, ground masalas andfresh herbs. Cooked evenly to perfection on skewers in a red hot clay oven known as a ‘tandoor’ thenserved in a bed of onions, on a sizzler. Served with basmati saffron rice. Turka dhallThis is a delicious and nutritional lentil dish that canbe served as a main course or side dish. Turkarefers to "tempering" and Daal is "lentils” thetempering acts like a garnish and there is anenhanced flavour thanks to the ghee and friedonions adding richness and aroma to the dish.
