1. Micro ATM
Micro ATM is an Android based application developed to run on handheld device such as Tab /
Smartphones with bio metric capability. This application is for User to support customers in doing
banking transactions. This will enable field Users to provide services such as customer on boarding, e-
KYC based financial transactions such as Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawals, Bill payments, Remittances
and Non-financial transactions such as Balance enquiry, Account management, Beneficiaries and
Standing Instructions.
1.1 Login to Micro ATM
User launches the application and the login screen is displayed. User would be able to login into the
application using any one of the two options
Login with User ID + Password,
Login with User ID + Biometric
1. Enter user id and password sent to User mobile/email after onboarding in AMS
2. Read and accept the terms and conditions. Tap on the finger print icon and provide fingerprint
3. Application would validate the fingerprints with Aadhaar database.
4. After successful authentication, User change password screen will be displayed. Enters default
password sent to User mobile/email after onboarding in AMS. Enter new password and confirm
new password again and click on change password. Password for the User will get change.

1.2 Subsequent Login
1. In the login page user id is defaulted with user id who has logged in and enter password and
click on login
2. Or tap on the finger print icon and provide finger print.
3. After successful authentication dashboard /home page is displayed
4. After User onboarding when User tries to login into micro ATM for the first time. System need to
check whether User has a commission account attached to his profile. If there is no account
attached User should be forced to open an account first. User would be able to open a savings
account for himself using EKYC account process in process 2.4

1.3 Dash Board
After successfully logging in, user would be directed to the home page of the application. User can have
the options like My Tasks, Service Requests, Balance Enquiry, Pay/Send Money and Menu

Using this facility User can open an account for a customer

1. In the login page User user id with Password, system will display the Dash board.
2. In the dash board click Open new account.
3. Enter mobile number, select product of the customer
4. Enter DOP account number, pan number if exists. and click on verify
5. System will show the Aadhaar scan page. Scan the customer Aadhaar QR Code, or enter and Re-
enter Aadhaar Number and tick the I accept terms and conditions and press continue
6. OTP will be sent to customer mobile number and enter OTP and click to submit
7. Provide the customer’s fingerprint for authentication and EKYC would be done and customer
basic details would be fetched from UIDAI

8. Click on personal details
9. System will populate the customer information from Aadhaar, Photo of the customer will be
picked from the Aadhaar.
10. Enter the customer mother’s Maiden Name, Father name, Spouse Name, Mothers Name and
Email id
11. After entering all the details click on save.

13. If in the first page pan is provided no need to provide details in form 60 or else fill Form 60.
14. If communication address is same as permanent address, select the check box.
15. Or uncheck the checkbox and fill the communication address fields.
16. After filling the details Click on save.
17. Click on Add nominee details
18. Enter nominee details.
19. If nominee is minor, then enter guardian details
20. After filling the nominee details, click on save.

21. Click on Additional information
22. Enter additional details
23. After filling the additional details Click on save.
24. Click on account information.
25. Enter/select account information details

29. Once again provide the customer’s fingerprint for creating account.
30. After successful verification account would be created successfully.
1.5 Customer Authorisation
User after selecting the type of transaction customer has requested. Customer has to be authenticated.

1. User should select the type of the transaction customer wish to do
2. In the search customer screen
If customer has Aadhaar card with QR code, select Aadhaar card and click on scan QR
code. QR code would be scanned and Aadhaar number is auto filled Provide customer
fingerprint
If customer has IPPB card with QR code, select customer ID and click on scan QR code.
QR code would be scanned and customer id is auto filled.
if customer provide customer ID select customer ID and input customer ID.
if customer provide Aadhaar number select Aadhaar number and input Aadhaar number
if customer provide mobile number select mobile number and input mobile number
After entering the scanning value click search and
3. By default, fingerprint authentication screen should be displayed. Customer provides finger
print for authentication with UIDAI
4. If fingerprint is not properly authenticated for three times, system will generate a OTP to
customer mobile and authenticate with OTP

5. Enter the OTP which is received in the customer. The authentication will complete, in the
dashboard click on Pay/Send money
1.6 Financial Transaction
The User can do the financial transactions for a IPPB customer like Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal,
NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, AEPS, Bill Payments and Recharge.

1.6.1 Cash Deposit
After successful customer authentication,
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Cash transaction
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. After successful customer authentication. Click Cash Deposit
4. Account information will be automatically populated by customer authentication.
5. Enter deposit amount press Deposit.
6. Customer transaction completed if required print receipt
1.6.2 Cash Withdrawal
After successful customer authentication,
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Cash transaction
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. After successful customer authentication. Click Cash Withdrawal
4. Account information will be automatically populated by customer authentication.
5. Enter withdrawal amount press Withdraw.
6. Customer transaction completed if required print receipt

1.6.3 Transfer transaction within bank.
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Pay/Send Money
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. Click Send Money.
4. Sender Account information will be automatically populated by customer authentication.
5. Select the beneficiary account number from the list
6. Enter amount press Continue.
7. Customer transaction completed if required print receipt

1.6.4 NEFT/RTGS/IMPS P2A transaction
After successful customer authentication,
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Pay/Send Money
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. Click Send Money
4. Select the beneficiary account number from the list send to new beneficiary by adding new
beneficiary
5. Enter amount press Continue.
6. Select the option standard payment and press confirm.
7. Print receipt if customer is requesting for receipt

1.6.5 IMPS P2P transaction
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Pay/Send Money
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. Click Send Money
4. Select from account. If customer has only 1 account this step is skipped. Then from account is
defaulted. Select a beneficiary with mobile +MMID combination or send to new beneficiary by
adding new beneficiary
5. Enter amount press Continue.
6. Print receipt if customer is requesting for receipt

1.6.6 IMPS P2U transaction
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Pay/Send Money
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. Click Send Money
4. Select from account. If customer has only 1 account this step is skipped. Then from account is
defaulted. Select a beneficiary Aadhar Number or send to new beneficiary by adding new
beneficiary

1.7 AEPS Cash Transactions
1.7.1 AEPS Cash Withdrawal
Using this facility user can do cash withdrawal for non-customer of IPPB.

1. In the search customer screen click on not customer. In the AEPS screen click on cash
withdrawal option.
2. Scan Aadhaar QR code or enter Aadhaar number
3. Press Cash Withdrawal and select the bank from Search Bank by name
4. Enter the withdrawal amount and press Withdraw
5. Provide customer fingerprint authentication and then transaction will get completed
6. Print receipt the customer is requesting for a receipt

1.7.2 AEPS Cash Deposit
Using this facility user can do cash deposit for non-customer of IPPB.
1. In the search customer screen click on not customer. In the AEPS screen click on cash deposit
option.
2. Scan Aadhaar QR code or enter Aadhaar number
3. Press Cash Deposit and select the bank from Search Bank by name
4. Enter the deposit amount and press Deposit

5. Provide customer fingerprint authentication and then transaction will get completed
6. Print receipt the customer is requesting for a receipt
1.8 IPPB Customer – Non-Financial Transactions
Using this facility Users can do non-financial transaction for customer who is holding active account in
IPPB.

1.8.1 Balance Inquiry
Using this facility User would be able to do balance enquiry for the selected customer account.
1. In Dash Board click balance Enquiry, after Successful customer authentication. List of account
are displayed.
2. Select account. Click on View Balance. If user requests for a receipt User should print receipt and
hand over to the customer.
1.8.2 Mini Statement
Using this facility User would be able to do balance enquiry for the selected customer account.
1. In Dash Board click balance Enquiry, after Successful customer authentication. List of account
are displayed.
2. Select account. Click on last 10 transactions. If user requests for a receipt User should print
receipt and hand over to the customer.

1.8.3 Detailed Statement
Using this facility User would be able to request for Detailed statement for the selected customer
account.
1. Click Service requests in dash board. Click on passbook.
2. Select account for detailed statement.
3. Select from date and to date or select the month wise option.
4. Select the delivery option by email or hardcopy. Click on request for passbook.
5. The service request sent to backend for processing. If user requests for a receipt User able to
print and hand it over to the customer.

1.8.4 Request for Cheque Book
Using this facility User would be able to request cheque book for a customer account.
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Service Request
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. After successful authentication, select the Cheque Book and click the New Cheque Book
4. Select Current Account number of the customer (Cheque book will be issued to only for
Current Account customers) and number of leaves and click confirm
5. Then request for cheque book will be done.

1.8.5 Stop Cheque Payment
Using this facility User would be able to request stop cheque payment for a cheque issued by customer.
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Service Request
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. After successful authentication, select the Cheque Book and click Stop Cheque Payment
4. Select Current Account Number
5. Select the single cheque or multiple cheque
6. Enter the cheque number in case of single cheque and enter from and to cheque number in case
of multiple cheques and press stop payment
7. Then request for stop cheque payment will be done

1.8.6 Add Beneficiary with IPPB
Using this facility User can add beneficiary (Within IPPB) for customer. In the dash board click on
Pay/Send money. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer
authentication. After successful customer authentication. Click on Manage beneficiary then click on Add
New Beneficiary
1. In the Dash Board (Refer session 2.3) select Service Request
2. Enter customer ID/ mobile number/Aadhaar number and proceed with customer authentication
(refer to section 2.5)
3. After successful authentication, click on Add new beneficiary
4. In beneficiary type Click on IPPB Accounts
5. In the beneficiary detail screen Enter beneficiary name, Account Number, enter account number
again and click on continue
6. Beneficiary will be added

1.8.7 Create Standing Instruction
Using this facility User would be able to create standing instruction in customer account.
1. User Dash board select option Pay/Send Money
2. Select the standing instruction and choose from account, system will show all the existing
standing instruction and then select Add standing instruction

3. Select beneficiary account number and enter the amount and press continue
4. Select duration/specific date and select payment interval and press set instruction

1.9 Change Request
Using this facility User can do the change request
1. User Dash board select option Service Request

1.9.1 User - Change Cash limit
Using this facility User would be able to request for changing their cash limit. In User Request, refer the
steps in 2.9
1. In User Request tab, select option Change Cash Limit
2. User should enter the new cash limit and press Update
3. System will show the new cash limit and User should confirm the same
4. System will send a request for cash limit change.

1.9.2 User - Change Service Area
Using this facility User would be able to request for changing their service area. In User Request, refer
the steps in 2.9
1. Select update service area
2. Enter the new service and press update
3. System will show the updated (new) service area, User should confirm by pressing confirm
button
4. Service request for Service Area updating will be sent by the system.

User can also request for changing their mobile number, Email address., personal information and
update User photo and profile by following the above steps – selecting the appropriate fields in the User
Request.
1.10 Feedback and Complaints
Using this facility User would be able to request for registrar customer’s feedback and Complaints.
1. User Dash board select option Service Request
2. Select Feedback & Complaints
3. Select the account number
4. Select the customer want request for a feedback or complaints
5. Select Type of Feedback or Complaints from list of predefined values
6. Select Subtype of Feedback or Complaints and press Submit
7. Service Request for Feedback or Complaints will be registered

1.11 Account Services
Using this facility, the User can do the account services for customer like update nominee, update Pan,
Aadhaar Seeding, Update address and Update Mobile number and Email address of the customer
1. User Dash board select option Service Request
2. Scan Customer Aadhaar Number or QR Card
3. Customer ID will be displayed by the system and press Search
4. Provide fingerprint of the customer for authentication

5. Select the service request as Account Services
1.11.1 Update Nominee
Using this facility, the User can do updating the nominee for a customer account
Select the account services. Refer the steps of 2.11
1. In Account Services, select the update Nominee option

2. System will show the account numbers of the customer, select the account which the customer
wants to change the nominee
3. Enter the nomination details like name of nominee, Date of Birth, Relationship (choose from the
list given) and address of nominee, if the address is same as Applicant then tick the Address
same as applicant box and press update
4. System will show the updated value, press confirm button
5. Provide fingerprint of the customer for authentication
6. System will prompt the message “Nominee updated successfully”

1.11.2 Update PAN
Using this facility, the User can do update the PAN number for a customer
Select the account services. Refer the steps of 2.11
1. In Account Services, select the update PAN option
2. Select the account Number from the Choose Account tab
3. Enter the PAN number of the customer in Update PAN tab and press update button
4. System will show the PAN number entered, press confirm button
5. Provide fingerprint of the customer for authentication
6. System will prompt the message “Nominee updated successfully”

User can also do Aadhaar Seeding of Customer, Update Address of customer and update Customer
Mobile number and Email id’s by options available in Account Services.
1.12 Change Password
This facility would be used by User to change password or when he forgets his password also.
1.13 User Service Requests
Using this facility Users can raise service requests for themselves. Following are the list
