Prices
As your official Benelux contact for INDEX DUBAI, we work as follows:• You pay the naked surface (Space Only) directly at the organisation. The
price per sqm is $ 415. • You pay the stand design directly at the stand contractor. You will
receive separate invoices for this. • We are a free service from the organisation, so you do not have to pay
anything for us.• The price for this stand design is around € 148/m².• It is possible to order furniture or ask for individual changes at your own
stand. You do not have to pay for things you do not want!

• Exhibitors of 2014 – Only DEPOORTERE has rebooked for 2015.• We work on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.• As you can see, space is limited. It is very important to decide quickly. • In case we have more interested companies than space, we can ask
the organisation for extra space.
Netherlands pavilion
• At the moment we do not yet have a location for a Netherlands pavilion. We would like to organise one, as we already did this at other shows. • Everything depends on the number of interested companies.• The following slides show our Netherlands pavilion at The BIG 5 Dubai

Prices
• We work the same way as with the Belgian pavilion.• This design costs $ 200/m².• It includes the same things as in the Belgian pavilion.
Luxemburg pavilion
If we find enough interested companies, we would also like to organise a pavilion from Luxemburg, maybe with the support of the Chamber of Commerce of Luxemburg.
