MIN. W/ A SLOPE OF 1/4" : 12" MAX AND 18" MINIMUM CLEAR SPACE AT
PULL/LATCH SIDE OF DOOR. SEE CIVIL DRAWINGS.
8) COORDINATE ALL WATER, SEWAGE, AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES W/
LOCAL UTILITY COMPANY.
9) ALL WORK AND MATERIALS SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF
ONE YEAR MINIMUM FROM THE DATE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
10) CONTRACTOR TO ASK FOR DETAILS WHENEVER UNCERTAIN ABOUT
METHODS OF INSTALLATION. LACK OF DETAILS NOT REQUESTED
SHALL NOT EXCUSE IMPROPER INSTALLATION AND CORRECTION TO BE
RESPONSIBILITY OF CONTRACTOR.
11) INTENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS IS TO INCLUDE ALL ITEMS
REQUIRED FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK. ALL ITEMS
NECESSARY FOR THE COMPLETION OF WORK SHALL BE REQUIRED
WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE SHOWN ON THE DOCUMENTS, BUT ARE
INFERABLE AS BEING NECESSARY TO PROVIDE INTENDED RESULTS.
12) CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO COORDINATE ALL WORK WITH
VARIOUS TRADES AS REQUIRED.
13) CONTRACTOR SHALL PASS ALL INSPECTION AND APPROVALS AS
REQUIRED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION DURING
COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION.
14) RETAIN STORED ITEMS IN AN ORDERLY ARRANGEMENT ALLOWING
MAXIMUM ACCESS, NOT IMPEDING TRAFFIC OR DRAINAGE, AND
PROVIDING REQUIRED PROTECTION OF MATERIALS. ALL MATERIALS TO
BE FREE OF DEBRIS AND NOT DAMAGED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
15) UPON COMPLETION OF WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROPERLY
CLEAN SITE.
16) CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND HAVE
CONTROL OVER THE CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS, TECHNIQUES,
SEQUENCES, AND PROCEDURES UNLESS THE CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTS GIVE OTHER SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING
THESE MATTERS.
17) CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL TEMPORARY FENCING
AROUND CONSTRUCTION AREAS AND MAINTAIN THOUGH DURATION OF
PROJECT. FENCING SHALL NOT PROHIBIT EGRESS/ENTRY TO
BUILDINGS AND SITE. ENTRY GATES AND DRIVES SHALL ALSO NOT BE
BLOCKED.
18) CONTRACTOR TO FOLLOW ALL D.O.T.D. REQUIREMENTS FOR
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL STANDARDS DURING THE
