GMCP evaluation
• Mid-term evaluation (focus on formative issues).
• Main objectives to assess the quality and design of the
overall Programme as well as identify lessons learned to
further improve implementation.
• Starting June and finalizing 4th quarter of 2015
• One evaluator, one expert on maritime crime and the
support of IEU.
• HQ visit will take place first week June with subsequent
mission to the field.
