Have you heard about the Owlette program? It allows Mother/Daughter teams to be formed and applicants can be as young as 12 years old. Starting an O2 design team with your daughter can be a wonderful bonding experience. Owlettes are on the team for recognition purposes only, but what a great way to let your daughter start learning about a business! My daughters are too young to fully participate in my business, but they certainly get involved everywhere they can! They love the lockets and charms and the entire experience of helping others create their story.
