Boots On The Ground is a promenade headphone show which invites
audiences to exchange their shoes for a pair of army boots and
follow the intertwining stories of men who are stepping back from
war. Can they find peace on their return to civilian life? Setting
out from an Army tent in Guildhall Square, the audience form a
unit, are given their marching orders and embark on a 45 minute
walk together around Salisbury.
The walk covers a distance of approximately 1.2 miles, but is
walked in short bursts with several stops. Book your FREE place in
advance at Salisbury Playhouse. A limited number of tickets will be
available on the day. Recommended age 14+. The route is suitable
