The Montcalm Project (3780 hectares) is located within the prospective Montcalm Gabbro Complex 65 km northwest of Timmins Ontario

The project is contiguous to and surrounds the western northwestern and southwest-ern portion of the former Montcalm Mine currently owned by Glencore plc

The former Montcalm Mine was discov-ered and developed based on a single airborne electromagnetic anomaly identified in 1970s and previously mined 3931610 tonnes of ore grading 125 nickel 067 copper and 0051 cobalt producing in excess of 4 million pounds of cobalt (Ontario Geological Survey Atkin-son 2011)

St Laurent Project (4170 hectares) is located in St Laurent Township 160 km northeast of Timmins 50 km south of Detour Lake Mine and 20 km southwest of Casa Berardi Mine

Past shallow drilling at the St Laurent Project identified disseminated multi-element sulphide mineralization across notable widths trending towards a large gabbro-hosted magnetic feature

The Ni-Cu-Co-Au-Pt-Pd zone is open along strike and at depth This mineralized zone importantly is coincident with a strong 600-metre long EM anomaly

The Nova Project (2080 hectares) is located in the Montcalm Greenstone Belt19 km southwest of Glencorersquos former Montcalm Mine

The Strachan Project (2280 hectares) is lo-cated 15 km south of the former Montcalm Mine in the Strachan Gabbro Complex

Pancon further expanded its 100-owned Jefferson Gold Project on the gold-rich Car-olina Slate Belt in South Carolina USA and outlined its upcoming exploration program The Jefferson Gold Project now nearly completely surrounds the former Brewer Gold Mine and is 15 kilometres along trend northeast of the multi-million ounce operating Haile Gold Mine

The Jefferson Gold Project now covers 705 hectares (1641 acres) and wraps all the way around the former Brewer Gold Mine (see Image 1 below) Brewerrsquos previous operators produced 178000 ounces of oxide gold in the 1990s from open pit mining that extended to approximately 50-metre depths where they began encountering copper and gold-rich sulfides that could not be processed by the oxide processing facility Brewerrsquos prospective geology including diatreme breccias associated high sulphidation alteration gold and copper mineralization and geophysics support a possible porphyry-style copper-gold system at depth (Schmidt RG 1978 The Potential for Porphyry Copper-Molybdenum Deposits in the Eastern United States US Geological Survey)

ldquoOur Jefferson Project has secured the most prospective land surrounding the former Brewer Gold Mine on the southwest-northeast Carolina Slate Belt gold trend which hosts the Haile Gold Mine just down the road Last week our team walked most of our leased land and we saw ample firsthand evidence that our strategic approach to exploration will be successful Among other compelling findings we saw multiple examples of outcrop and subcrop of strongly altered rock along the Brewerrsquos known northwest trend extending from mineralization at the former mine This seeming extension of Brewerrsquos northwest trend is 400 metres wide and extends across Panconrsquos Jefferson Project for nearly 1 kilome-tre beyond the Brewer property boundaryrdquo stated Layton Croft President amp CEO

PANCON FURTHER EXPANDS JEFFERSON GOLD PROJECT SURROUNDING THE FORMER BREWER GOLD MINE OUTLINES UPCOMING PROGRAM

In addition to surrounding the former Brewer Gold Mine the Jefferson Project is ad-jacent on the southwest quandrant to the land hosting the Buzzard gold project an epithermal gold project similar to Haile and Brewer that was co-discovered by Dr Criss Capps with Cepeda Minerals in 1996 Dr Capps PhD RPG SME RegGeo QP is currently Panconrsquos Jefferson Gold Project Senior Consulting Geologist Drilling by Dr Capps at Buzzard which is currently owned by Firebird Resources returned multiple high-grade near-surface gold intersections including 6 metres of 2797 grams per tonne 353 metres of 976 grams per tonne 447 metres of 707 grams per tonne and 15 metres of 572 grams per tonne (source wwwfirebirdrescom)

Last week Dr Capps joined Mr Croft and Dr Margaret Venable PhD CPG QP Panconrsquos Jefferson Gold Project Coordinator and Senior Exploration Geologist on a site visit to prospect across the Projectrsquos expanded footprint (see Image 2 below) As a result Panconrsquos technical team has designed a comprehensive exploration program the initial phase of which will include ground geophysics geological mapping application of X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology on existing drill core and new surface rock samples appli-cation of state-of-the-art hyperspectral digital image scanning and mineral mapping of core and rock samples and shallow drilling all to begin in January 2020

Pancon expects this work will lead to additional geophysics and a full drill program on targets believed to correlate to the Brewer gold system and with geological similarities to the Haile Gold Mine including similar host rock lithology similar age similar stratig-raphy and time of mineralization as well as similar alteration style and mineral assem-blage (Ayuso RA Wooden JL Foley NK Seal RRII Sinha AK 2005 U-Pb zircon ages and Pb isotopic geochemistry of gold deposits in the Carolina Slate Belt of South Carolina and Foley NK and Ayuso RA 2012 Gold deposits of the Carolina Slate Belt southeastern United States age and origin of the major producers) Pancon cautions that the mineralization on adjacent and nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of the mineralization that may be identified on the Companyrsquos propertybull

PUC Monthly Report - November 2019

The Gambler Project (7630 hectares) is a camp-size project situated in the Mont-calm Gabbro Complex surrounding the Montcalm Project and adjacent to the former Montcalm Mine

The Jefferson Gold Project is located in Chesterfield County South Carolina on one of the most significant gold trends in the United States the Carolina Gold Belt

The Jefferson Gold Project is adjacent to the former Brewer gold mine (which produced 178000 oz Au from 1985-1991) and 15 km up trend from OceanaGoldrsquos producing Haile gold mine

The former Ridgeway gold mine located 50 miles along trend southwest of the Jef-ferson Gold Project was a 15000-tonnes per day open pit operated by Kennecott Minerals from 1988-1999

The Haile gold mine first discovered in 1827 is today a new open pit operation with a multi-million ounce resource that commissioned in December 2016 Haile is owned and operated by OceanaGold (TSX OCG) which reports ongoing exploration and the potential for an expansion phase to an underground mine at Haile

Pathway conduits of mineralization discov-ered at Jefferson mimic the same initial exploration successes at Haile
