HOW CAN I GET PERMISSION TO USE INCIWEB?• Designed to enable units (i.e. National Forests, BLM

Districts, National Parks, State Forestry Divisions, etc.) to maintain long term control over incident information.

• Accounts must be established by units. PIOs and IMTs must request access to a unit’s InciWeb account through a designated superuser.

• Unit accounts are established based on their NWCG identifier.

• Additional information is available on the NIFC PIO Bulletin Board at (URL) http://www.nifc.gov/PIO_bb/inciweb.html in the “InciWeb Log In Accounts and Access” document
