The other day, a customer let me know that on oneof the very cold snowy days we’ve been having, shewas inspired to put something in the oven thencurled up on the couch and watched old movies whileit was cooking. Earlier in the week her grocery storehad Country Style Pork Ribs as a special (fresh pork ismore plentiful during the winter months andtherefore the prices are usually lower), so she boughtsome and used our Land & SEAsoning mix as a rub,adapting it to her recipe.
