1- Received a Ph.D. in law from Cairo University, 1996. The subject:

Implementation of the Awards of National Arbitrators - a

comparative study between the French and Lebanese, Egyptian and

Swiss Laws and the Islamic Sharia. The thesis was under the

supervision of the Dean Prof. Dr. Fathi Wali and was discussed by

Dean Dr. Ahmed El Sawy and Chancellor Dr. Mohammed Abul

Enein - may Allah have mercy upon him – the Secretary General of

the Cairo Regional Center for international Commercial Arbitration

2- In 1994, he conducted researches in the domain of Arbitration at

the Institut de Droit des Affaires Internationales (IDAI) of the

University of Paris I, and the Swiss Center of Comparative Law in

the city of Lausanne - Switzerland – Institut Swisse De Droit

Compare.

3- He continued his postgraduate studies at Cairo University, and

received the Diploma Certificate of Advanced Studies in Islamic

Sharia from the Faculty of Law in 1992 and the Diploma Certificate

of Advance in Private Law from the Faculty of Law in 1993 and of

the first rank.

4- Received the University Degree in Law from the Lebanese

University in 1990 and the University Degree in Islamic Sharia from

the University of Tripoli - Lebanon in 1990

5- He graduated from Rawdat Al Fayhaa Secondary School, and won

the Lebanese Baccalaureate Section II - Branch of Mathematics in

1986.

1996 passed by Sheikh Ali Gomaa Mohamed Al Masri Al Shafie Al

Azhari, the Mufti of Egypt by his tales on his reverend Sheiks tales

and knowledge of what is copied and reasonable, and what is

mentioned and understood and the branches and origins, by his

condition known at the modernists in various sciences and the arts

for the distinguished Sheikhs, including the Morocco

Fundamentalist Mr. Abdullah Bin Al Seddiq Al Ghumari and the

Musnad Jurist Sheikh Mohammed Yasin Al Fadani Al Makki

including his multiple demonstrations, and the Jurist Sheikh

Muhammad Muntasir Al Kattani, at Makkah Al Mukarramah, as

passed by the Jurisprudence of Shafie Masters by the Authority

related to Imam Al Shafie - may God have mercy upon him – then

to Maulana the Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him – and the

Authority of the works of Sheikh Al Islam Zakaria Al Ansari and

Imam Al Nawawi.

7- He followed up the lessons of Al Hanafi Jurisprudence "Fiqh" by the

Jurist Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Haji Al Kurdi Al Halabi - may God bless him,

at the Higher Institute for Islamic Studies in Beirut.

1- He belonged to the Bar Association in Tripoli and the North in 1991

AD, and has trained in his father's office His Eminence Attorney-at-

Law Sheikh Mohammad Rasheed Al Mikati, then collaborated with

the Office of Dr. Muhammad Nadeem Al Jisr.

2- Attorney-at Law since 1997 AD.

3- Work for several years in collaboration with the Office of former

Judge Advocate Dr. Wael Tabara in Beirut, with effect from 1997

AD.

4- A Member in the list of Approved Arbitrators in Cairo Regional

Centre for International Commercial Arbitration since 2000 AD.

5- Acted as an Arbitrator and Chairman of the Arbitral Tribunal in

commercial and real estate issues in Lebanon.

6- Acted as a Lawyer in some international Arbitration issues,

including some European (German) companies.

7- He got the membership of London Court of International

Arbitration (LCIA) – 1997 AD

8- Member of the Arab Union of International Arbitration - Amman –

9- Participated in the International Conference for the typical rules of

conferences: the Civil Marriage in 1998 – the Absolute Arbitration

between the Sharia and the Law in 2000 - and the Islamic

Endowments (Awqaf) in 2002 – and the Protection of Women from

the Domestic Violence between the Sharia and the Law in 2012

4- Assistant Secretary General of the Islamic Educational Conference

(1996 - 2010).

5- He was delegated from Al Islah (Reform) Islamic Society to the

6- He represented the "Institute of Islamic Studies at Tripoli

University," and took part in the activities of the workshop to

prepare a draft law on the licensing standards for higher education

institutions in Lebanon, in collaboration with the Ministry of

Higher Education (Beirut - 1996), and in a symposium of the Higher

Education and the Knowledge Economy upon an invitation of the

Parliamentary Committee on Education and Higher Education and

Culture in cooperation with the annotations of the United Nations

Development Program "UNDP" (the National Assembly - 2001).

7- He represented Tripoli University and participated in the activities

of the Arab Forum for Education (the 2nd and the 3rd ) which was

organized by the Arab Thought Foundation in Beirut in

collaboration with UNESCO and ISESCO and the Office of Education

for the Gulf States and the Arab League and the Union of Islamic

Universities in the years (1424 AH and 1427 AH) (2004 AD and 2006

AD), a well as the annual conferences of the Association of Arab

Universities (Arbil - 2013) and (Amman - 2011).
