FOURTEEN JAMESTOWN (N.Y.) POST-JOURNAL—Wednesday Evening, March 19, 1952 Gills Mark 50th Date Celoron — Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Gill, 194 Allegheny Avenue, were honored by approximately 150 friends and relatives at an open house Sunday in obser- vance of their 50th wedding anniversary. The affair was given by their son, Glynn Gill, Wicks Avenue, West Ellicott, and their three granddaughters. Miss Glynnda Gill, West Ellicott. Mrs. Robert Pratt, and Mrs. Robert Eddy, both of Jamestown. Miss Gill was in charge of the guest book, and Mrs. Pratt, Mrs. Eddy, and Mrs. Glynn Gill presided at the tea table. Aides were Mi's. Mary Bratt, Mrs. Hilma Anderson and Mrs. Floyd Young. The former Maude Pryde and W. H. Gill were married March 12. 1902, in the Baptist parson- age at Youngstown, Ohio, by Rev. James Calvin. GILL Miss Marie Cole Honored on Birthday Ashvilte — Miss Elsie Wells and Miss Alberta Carlson gave a surprise party for Miss Marie Cole honoring her 16th birthday at the home of Miss Carlson. Gills Mark 50th Date

Celoron — Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Gill, 194 Allegheny Avenue, were honored by approximately 150 friends and relatives at an open house Sunday in obser­vance of their 50th wedding anniversary.
