Before your massage begins, please inform your therapist of any areas that need to be avoided. During your treatment, please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or if you would like the pressure to be increased or decreased.

For your comfort and privacy, throughout any of your treatments, non-treated areas will be draped with a sheet.

PLAN AHEADVomo Spa is open from 10am to 7pm with the last treatment fi nishing at 7pm. In Villa treatments are available from 10am and the last In Villa treatment ends at 6pm.

Advance booking are recommended to ensure your preferred date and time of treatment is available, however walk-ins will be accommodated when possible.

CANCELLATION POLICYIf you wish to reschedule your reservation, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. The cancellation of treatments or packages with less than 4 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will apply for a ‘no show’.
