In honour of
Prof. Claudio Baccarani
for his devotion to
research, teaching, students and colleagues
Once upon a time in the quiet city of Mirandola…
was born a strong-willed boy who knew he had a great future, but WHICH?
Jockey?
Racing car driver? (he was born near Modena)
Just enjoy ‘la dolce vita’?
A bit older he considered football but the field was crowded
Or maybe a ‘crooner’, but he was not Napolitano!
Finally he decided to become an academic
But it can be a risky job too…
A very risky job!!!
He enjoyed some moments of intensive (academic) activity
The decision to organize the TVC in ZHENGZHOU (1997)
with Michel Weill
Enjoying the food in the city of Aristotle
In the promised land
En route for America?
In Venice
The secret for success?
To have a fantastic team to do the work for you!
“Est autem amicitia nihil aliud, nisi omnium divinarum humanarumque rerum cum benevolentia et caritate summa consensio: qua quidem haud scio an, excepta sapientia, quidquam melius homini sit a Diis immortalibus datum.” Cicero.
Then, friendship is nothing else but a perfect accord on all the things divine and human, linked to
a feeling of benevolence and affection ; and I do not know if, barring wisdom, man has received anything better from the immortal Gods.
TWO CHEERS FOR CLAUDIO!
Happy new life
