● Detail any current and future barriers to adoption and a strategy for overcoming them

Video pitch (Phase 1 only)

● A 3 minute video pitch is required as part of the application

● Please upload the video to YouTube and include a link in your Stage 2 application where requested

● We do not expect professionally produced videos (you can use a smartphone)

● Please ensure the visual and audio is of reasonably good quality

Presentation and interview (Phase 2 & 3 only)● A 10 minute presentation to the Panel is required as part of the application

● It will be followed by a 15 minute Q&A session with the Panel

● Submit a copy of your presentation and details of 3 presenters (title, name, organisation, role in the project) by 16 June 2020 to the AI Award PMO ([email protected])

● You can only choose 3 presenters, so choose carefully

● The meetings will be conducted via Zoom - if you cannot access Zoom, notify the PMO as soon as possible
