Black Country Tours Ltd. established in 1983 are in the heart of the Black Country, at

Netherton, near Dudley.

Our Double Decker Buses are unique in the fact that all of the buses have BARS ON

BOARD which are licensed until midnight.

We offer Draught & Bottled Lager and Cider, and can also offer Soft Drinks and a con-

siderable selection of spirits for your enjoyment during our Tours.

On any tour you will be looked after by our experienced staff. Please read through the brochure to see which tour suits your party best. Please Note - Our Buses are also available for Wedding Hire – PRICE INCLUDES RIBBONS &

BALLOONS!

Tours are normally for a MINIMUM of 30 people (unless otherwise stated) and the area

covered is from Bridgnorth across to Coventry and from Stratford-Upon-Avon up to Cannock. Pick up and return points are negotiable, but extra costs may be incurred.

We have our Party Coach that can pick-up further afield, so just give us a call to discuss.

Corporate Events

If you have been given the task of organising a day or night out for a group. Don’t panic, help is at hand, we cater

for all groups, overseas customers or just people from other companies you want to say thank you to.

We can organise any party size to suit your budget, talk to Eddie or Julie. We have helped lots of companies. If you

are at the ICC or NEC, come to us, we know all about our own area. We also work in conjunction with many hotels

in the local area and we can collect from any hotel with our unique double decker buses.

Why not talk to us if you are a small group. We can organise tours and accommodation for as few as 6 people and

made a really special weekend for them. Real ale and Balti Buffs are our speciality. We are something different and our friends from the USA love our traditional nights out. We can arrange souvenirs, we have T-Shirts that say

‘You have survived a Black Country Night Out’.

We also do race meetings (both Dogs & Horses) i.e. Cheltenham (book early for Gold Cup Day), Ludlow, Wolverhampton

and Hall Green.

The Desperate Dan Pie Tour Available Sunday to Friday (Saturdays on application)

The Pie Factory is our venue for this tour, we are featured on

their web site, so we return the favour. The pub is one of the

most novel in the Black Country, they have a pig in an office

typing a menu. That is a full size pig typing a menu for big appe-tites. You will have your meal here which you will have pre-

ordered with Black Country Tours.

Starting your tour at 7pm you will visit up to three traditional ale pubs during the evening with entertainment usu-ally provided by an Irish singer at 8:30pm or 9:30pm on Thursday and Friday nights. On other evenings entertain-

ment can be provided on request. Or we can complete the evening at ‘The Trumpet’ a Jazz ale venue.

The menu includes a variety of meals which you may choose from (all included in the price), that will be ready and waiting for your arrival, giving you and your party more time to enjoy your chosen entertainment. and enjoy-

able night! where your meal will be served. appetite we recommend ‘Desperate Dan Pie’. None pie eaters and

vegetarians are also catered for on this tour.

At approximately 11.15pm we transport you back to your ‘pick up point’ after a filling and enjoyable night!

This tour is well worth a try, we offer this tour for our corporate customers.

The Famous Booze ‘n’ Cruise Tour5 This is our MOST POPULAR tour!

As normal we arrive at your chosen pick up point at 7pm.

The fun starts from here. A night out which is not for the faint hearted!

Before 8pm we arrive at the first drinks pub. By 8.30pm we will be on our way to the next pub. By 9.15pm we

are on our way to the next pub and at 10pm it’s the final port of call. To slow you down just a little bit, we pro-

vide a supper (a choice of menu is available) we recommend the ’Cobs & Chips’ they always go down well. We

also put on a disco for your enjoyment! At approximately 11.15pm we will return you and your party to your pick

up point.

By far this is our most popular tour which suits all ages and is

suitable for any celebration. Traditional entertainment can be

offered on this tour for an extra charge.

Recommended minimum party size is 30 people.

The Real Ale Monster Tour This tour takes you on an evening of tasting the divine pleasures of hand crafted real ale brought

to the Black Country from all over Britain, as well as featuring some of our fine local brews. All the pubs have a selection of ‘keg’ products & ciders etc. for the rest of your party.

Starting your tour at 7pm you will first visit a Black Country Real Ale Pub, boasting a range of

real ales and draft products on the bar!! All of our Pubs on this tour are Black Country tradi-

tional ale house.

We work with Enville Ales Brewery, Bathams Brewery, Ma Pardoes and the Black Country Ales

Brewery to bring you beers crafted in the Black Country.

After supping a few (or a lot of real

ales) we make our way to the next port of call. On hand are our hosts, who will serve you with delicious

food and a superb range of real ales as well as other

keg beers and ciders. Your dining stop will be a great

place for sampling real Black Country dishes that are

home cooked and prepared with loving tenderness. All

of our hosts are great and will ensure your eating and

drinking stop is a real highlight!!To

After supping and munching, you will then board the

bus for a trip to another surprise Black Country venue for more ales and entertainment, which brings the

evening to a satisfying finale, and if the fancy takes

you we can complete the evening with a visit to ‘The

Trumpet’ our local Jazz Ale house.

At approximately 11.15pm the bus will transport you back to your pick up point.

Beer and Skittles Night As with all our tours we shall collect you from your designated 'pick up point' at 7pm and transport you and your party to one of our private skittle venues. You will be given full use of the skittle alley where you will be able to

arrange your own 'knock out' competitions for an evening full of fun and just a bit of luck.

Ladies have your own team and give the men a big surprise!

You will be given a buffet, or supper depending on the venue which is included in the price and it will give everyone a break while the scoring is done.

If you wish to finish your night of with a karaoke or disco, or a night of Jazz at ’The Trumpet’ Jazz ale pub, please request this with the office at the time booking.

BALTI MILE

A NIGHT OF AUTHENTIC INDIAN CUISINE.

A style of cooking developed in Birmingham more than twenty years ago and named for the vessel in which it is served ( nowadays a stainless steel dish with two handles. Balti is made with an aromatic blend of spices

with chicken which you can taste in the thick sauce.

The Balti pan is a round-bottomed, wok-like heavy cast-

iron dish with two handles.... The origins of Balti cooking are wide ranging and owe as much to China (with a slight

resemblance to the spicy cooking of Szechuan) and Tibet,

as well as to the ancestry of the Mirpuris, the tastes of the

Moghul emperors, the aromatic spices of Kashmir, and the

'winter foods' of lands high in the mountains.

All our Baltis are cooked by our authentic Indian cuisine

chef. Finish the night with a karaoke and disco.

The Tour includes:, Two drinks for each member of your party while on board our unique Party Beer Bus with a

fully stocked bar.

CRADDOCKS PIE TOUR

An all year round tour for all dedicated pie lovers

Ideal for hearty eaters this is a great tour for corporate events.

Its easy, you choose your pie from our menu then choose your mash from a choice of Plain, Cheese, Garlic, Mustard,

or Chilli, then either Mushy, Minted, or Garden peas and

that’s it, get stuck in!

There are the very best quality ales to choose from all

brewed at the micro brewery at the Duke William in Stour-

bridge. Lions Pride, Crazy Sheep, Capra, Saxon Gold are just

four of the beers to choose from.

Pick-up at 7pm from your chosen pick-up point, by one of our unique double decker buses with fully stocked bar.

First stop is at a traditional ale pub, second stop the famous Craddocks real ale pub for pie mash and peas. The third stop to complete the evening is your last traditional real ale pub. Call our office on 01384 231751 to confirm

Dudley Canal Tunnel

and

Singing Cavern Tour

This is a day tour and only runs

between 11am and 4pm.

Marvel at the impressive limestone caverns carved by man to gain access to the raw materi-

als that changed our world forever.

Enjoy a stunning video show in the Little Tess cav-ern explaining how the limestone was originally formed. Learn how the fossilised remains of small creatures and

plants – now clearly – visible in Castle Mill’s coral reef – once lay on the sea bed.

See the amazing lifelike reconstructions in Hurst Cavern depicting how miners worked in the tunnels during the

18th century.

Experience the music and light show in the Singing cavern, a tradition dating back to Victorian times when

musical concerts were staged in the largest surviving cave now called the Singing Cavern.

And if that’s not enough discover the art of ‘legging’ in the tunnels.

while you travel to the restaurant for a three course meal.

TGI Friday TOUR

The Black Country Chip Shop Pie Tour

Its time to party on with our TGI Friday chip shop tour.

It starts at 7pm with a pick-up at your chosen departure point with a fully stocked bar on board.

We visit four different Black Country pubs some with disco’s and karaoke, along with a Fish and Chip meal at one of the pubs. If you want to include Real Ale pubs in your tour then just let us know when we discuss your requirements.

The lady Penelope party coach is just right for trips to venues further afield than our normal tours. So if you are looking for the ideal transport for a smaller party to a Race meeting, a Theatre visit, a wedding party give us a call. We will be happy to discuss your requirements, and plan your event with you.

Conditions of Business

1. Your submission of this Booking Form is an offer made to us (Black Country Tours Ltd) on the terms of these

conditions.

2. The offer can only be accepted in writing by us receiving a £100.00 deposit and you receiving a receipt sent first class

post to you at the address given on the booking form for said sum of £100 which will be refunded in the event of

non-acceptance by us of your offer but otherwise will be non-refundable;

a) acceptance will only be effective on receipt from you by us of a deposit in the cleared sum of £100 within 7 days of receipt

by you of our written acceptance;

b) the balance of the price is payable in full by you to us at least 14 days before the date of the tour, that time to be of the

essence;

c) all cheques are payable to Black Country Tours Ltd;

d) payment by credit card for the balance is acceptable;

e) The minimum party size is 30 persons unless stated in the Tour details for a specific tour.

3. You are the organiser of your party and:

a) you warrant to us that all members of your party are a minimum of 18 years of age;

b) you will provide us with proof of identity and of age of all members of your party on demand:

c) you will be responsible for the good behaviour of all members of your party at all times during the tour;

d) you will be responsible for ensuring that all members of your party remain throughout the tour suitably and

decently dressed with safe and sufficiently protective footwear;

e) you will procure that all members of your party keep all possessions secure and protected against loss or

damage. We cannot insure at a reasonable premium the possessions of members of parties and accordingly

you will indemnify us against any claim made by a member of your party against us for such loss or damage;

f) you acknowledge and will procure that all members of your party acknowledge our unconditional right to

terminate any tour without refund or compensation in the event of breach of the matters set out in (a)-(e)

above. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of such termination you and your party will not be allowed to

return on our transport and you will be required to make on your and your party’s behalf alternative

transport arrangements in such circumstances;

g) You agree that in the event of non availability, we may replace the tour bus with alternative transport without

liquor licence and without liability to you.
