WP2 Gretta du Velay
RESEARCH
• situation of the socio-labour and cultural context of migration in the partner countries, to transfer the results of the projects DiManT and “Enterprise and migrant workforce in the EU”
METHODOLOGICAL / PEDAGOGICAL FRAMEWORK
• Quality Committee.
• Collaboration of Partners, each partner will carry out 6 interviews:– 2 with expert in immigrants and interculture: – public administration, entrepreneurs associations, trade unions, NGOs, cultural
associations, migrants associations, etc.– 2 with managers, human resources managers and in general workers who manage the
diversity.– 2 with immigrant workers.With these interviews it will be obtained different points of view,
searching for similarities and differences among the three kind of interview.Each partner will elaborate a report with all the information compiled, and the work Packaged leader will make the compilation of national data and the
IEGD will elaborate the report with the collaboration of IFI, and CEPAIM

OBJECTIVES
• Transfer the products of DiManT: e-learning course about Diversity Management and Diversity Management toolkit, focusing them in the cultural diversity new needs and project objectives
ACTIVITIES
• Up-date products of DiMant (e-learning course about Diversity Management and Diversity Management toolkit)
• Collaboration from all partners – opinons, suggestions etc since be beginning
METHODOLOGICAL / PEDAGOGICAL FRAMEWORK
• To do the transfer of DiManT project, the leader, with the support of the Quality Committee,
– Previous products will be given to all partners to introduce suggestions and modifications
– Partners will creat local support network of organsations for all activities, content etc
– Elaborate report
– IEGD, will ellaborate the report of the discussion group in Spain.

WP6 Training 2000
OBJECTIVES
• To disseminate the project and the results

• Create trafic to the Platform.
ACTIVITIES
• Every partner will elaborate two mailing lists: One with companies Other with entrepreneurs associations, trade unions, training entities, immigrants and cultural associations and NGOs
• 4 newsletters after the work packages 2, 3, 4 and 5,The virtual platform, brochure and the newsletters will be sent also to the members of both mailing lists. It will be celebrated
• 6 intermediate national seminars, 1 in each country,
• 6 final national seminars, 1 in each country, to disseminate the final products to manage the cultural diversity.
• The final seminar in Italy will be transnational.
• In Spain the seminar will be organized by IEGD with collaboration of IFI and CEPAIM.

OBJECTIVES• To elaborate an evaluation plan.• To evaluate internally and externally the coordination, progress and development of the project, the partnership and the roles carried out by each partner, as well as the quality of project’s products and results.• To evaluate internally and externally the training products elaborated, checking • Get the opinion of the participants in the project:.• To elaborate the evaluation reports in three times: at the beginning, in the middle and at the final.
ACTIVITIES• Elaboration of an evaluation plan, and the evaluation questionnaires allong project• Translation and managing of the evaluation questionnaires in each country. • Use of the evaluation questionnaires in several moments of the project: • Elaboration of reports about the results the evaluations, a complete report one with conclusions.
